For deliveries within Australia, Adelaide Hills Organics uses Australia Post. Shipping is $15 AUD for Australian orders below $150 AUD.
We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING for orders over $150 AUD.
International Orders
For international deliveries, parcels are shipped with Australia Post International.
- New Zealand: Standard Shipping is $35.00 AUD.
- Standard International Shipping is $55.00 AUD for destinations including United Kingdom, United States, and other selected countries.
Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you a tracking number via email. Use this number to follow your order's journey to your doorstep. Domestic orders placed before 12.00pm, we strive to pack and ship on the same business day.
Orders after 12pm AEST will be shipped next business day.
Return & Exchanges Questions
We accept returns of product/s only if the product is unused and sealed. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We'll issue a credit to your account or credit card once our product is returned.
