Most men do not want a skincare routine. They want to stop their face feeling like sandpaper in winter and looking sunburnt in summer, in the least possible number of steps. Fair enough.
Here is the whole thing: cleanse, moisturise, protect. Two minutes a day. Everything below is handmade in small batches in the Adelaide Hills with natural and organic ingredients and none of it will take over the bathroom shelf.
Step 1: Cleanse (once or twice a day)
Soap is for hands, not faces. Bar soap and shower gel strip the oils your skin needs, which is why your face feels tight after the shower.
Swap in a cream cleanser. The Sandalwood Cream Cleanser is the one most blokes land on. It smells like a proper barber shop, cleans off sweat, sunscreen and the day without stripping your skin and takes about thirty seconds. Use it in the shower at night. If you train in the morning, use it again after. There is a 15ml travel size to test the waters.
Step 2: Moisturise (after you cleanse)
Wet face, cleanse, pat dry, moisturise. That is the rhythm. Moisturising while your skin is still slightly damp locks the water in. For everyday use, Daily Face Nourishment or the Hydrating Face Moisturiser does the job without feeling greasy. If your face cops wind, sun and cold mornings on the job, step up to Intensive Face Nourishment, the richer cream made for weathered skin.
Step 3: Protect (when you are outside)
If you spend real time outdoors, fishing, golf, footy sidelines or on the tools, your face knows about it by the end of the day. The Outdoor Zinc Cream is a proper old-school zinc made with raspberry seed or carrot seed oil that sits comfortably on skin through a full day outside.
The extras (only if you want them)
Sore after sport? Recovery Body Oil or Organic Muscle Relief Oil worked into tired muscles after the game. Long soak person? A scoop of Magnesium Bath Salts after a big week. Runner or rider? Organic Chafe Relief Cream. Nobody talks about it. Everybody who needs it is grateful for it.

Take the skin quizQuestions men actually ask us
Do men need different skincare products to women?
No. Skin is skin. Men's skin tends to be a bit oilier and thicker on average and shaving adds irritation, but the routine is the same: cleanse, moisturise, protect. Buy whatever suits your skin, not the packaging.
What order do I do it in?
Cleanse first, moisturise second, zinc last if you are heading outside. At night just cleanse and moisturise.
How long until it makes a difference?
The tight, dry feeling usually improves within days of dropping soap for a cream cleanser and moisturising daily. Texture and overall condition take a few weeks of doing it consistently.
Is this stuff natural?
Everything we make is formulated with natural and organic ingredients, handmade in small batches in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia. No GMOs, cruelty free and plant based.
