Cancellation policy

Some items in our store are offered as a subscription through Subscribe and Save. This policy explains how subscriptions work and how to change or cancel them.

Subscriptions
When you choose Subscribe and Save on a product you receive repeat deliveries at the frequency you select (every 1, 2 or 3 months) and you save 10% on every delivery.
Your payment details are stored securely and you are charged for each delivery when it is processed.
Your subscription continues until you cancel it. You can change or cancel at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order where you can manage your subscription, or email sales@adelaidehillsorganics.com.au and we will sort it for you.
Cancelling stops future deliveries. Orders already on their way are covered by our returns policy. See our shipping and returns page for details.
