Adelaide Hills Organics reserves the right to update these policies at any time.

UNDER WHAT CONDITIONS WILL ADELAIDE HILLS ORGANICS ACCEPT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Please note – We do not accept returns when customers decide for any reason that they no longer want their order once a personal care product has been opened or used so please choose carefully when placing your order.

If your goods are received damaged or not as ordered we will provide a refund if you return the goods (not opened or damaged) within 30 days of receipt.

All returns must be in 100% new condition. Please ensure returned item(s) are packaged safely as we cannot accept damaged returns. We will assess all returned item’s condition and refuse any damaged items. Any costs associated with sending such refused items back to you are your responsibility.

HOW SHOULD THE ITEM BE RETURNED (MAIL, PICK UP)?
When returning goods please ensure that you send returned goods back using recorded and insured delivery so you have proof of posting. Any costs associated with the return of items by you to us are your responsibility including costs of sending exchanged or refused items back to you.

TIME LIMIT IF ANY TO RETURN THE ITEM(S)?
Goods must be returned within 30 days for replacement please ensure the product is in the same condition as when you received it.

If it is our mistake and is not as per your order then we will refund delivery charges.

WHAT THINGS MUST THE CUSTOMER INCLUDE WITH THE RETURNED ITEM(S)?
Copy of payment record delivery docket original packing and reasons why this item(s) is being returned.

HOW WILL THE CUSTOMER KNOW WHETHER THE REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
We will email you immediately the item has been processed to confirm the refund.

CANCELLATION
You should contact us immediately should you wish to cancel any order for the Products placed through the Website.

DISCLAIMER
We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners but there may be times when despite their best efforts parcels are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavor to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your products.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address we are not obliged to re send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with Australia Post who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
