How much should I use per bath?

One generous cup (about 250g) for a full bath or half a cup for a foot bath. The 1kg bag gives you around 4 full baths.

How long should I soak for?

20 to 30 minutes is ideal to allow the magnesium to absorb through the skin. Shorter soaks still offer benefits but longer is better for muscle relief.

Can I use them in a foot bath?
