Straight after

Organic Muscle Relief Oil at $34.95 is the warming one, with menthol, organic peppermint, eucalyptus, cajeput, camphor and capsicum oil. You feel it going on. Keep it away from your eyes and wash your hands afterwards.

Recovery Body Oil at $34.95 is the quieter option, organic jojoba and argan carrying rosemary, lemongrass, juniper berry and black pepper.

Later that night

Magnesium Bath Salts from $22.95 in four blends. Fifteen minutes in a warm bath. A quarter cup in a foot bath works if you do not have a tub.
